Shipping Policy – The Sports Kart

At The Sports Kart, we prioritize fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all our customers. We aim to deliver your products efficiently, ensuring you receive them in excellent condition. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times varying depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

The Sports Kart partners with trusted courier services to offer both standard and express shipping options. Delivery times for standard shipping usually range between 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, which is subject to periodic changes and promotions. Shipping charges for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.

The Sports Kart is committed to ensuring your products reach you safely, and in the unlikely event of any issues, our customer support team is available to assist you with tracking or resolving any shipping concerns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Retun & Refund

You may return the product within 5 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase, such as the invoice or receipt, is required for processing the return. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not qualify for return or refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund or send a replacement as per your request. Return shipping costs may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@thesportskart.com and send your item to: #180 Basti Danishamandan Jalandhar 144002 PB India

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Support@thesportskart.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
